More Photos from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property blueprints for Epstein's private tropical island included in the released materials.

Additionally featured in this recent photograph drop appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

These photos indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a key detailing various areas of the property.

In addition to this are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring designs for marina coverings.

More documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing oversight process.
